Saint Matthew's calls all people into a community of faith in Christ

 A few years ago, our congregation chose this single sentence as our mission statement. We recognize that life can be hectic and challenging. We move from one responsibility to another, always marveling at how fast the time goes by.

Many people begin to feel like something is missing in their lives. A connection with a God who loves them. A sense of community, of belonging. A place where real and lasting friendships are born and nurtured. A place for families and individuals to grow in faith.

These are the values we hold dear at Saint Matthew's. We believe the best opportunity for faith and friendship to grow is through regular worship and participating in the small group ministries of the church. In Sunday morning worship, we are challenged and comforted through the preached word of God and the sacraments. In the small groups, friendship and faith have a place to grow.

There is a place where you can find deeper meaning in your life. A place of support and encouragement. A safe place to ask questions and be yourself. Saint Matthew's Lutheran church is that kind of place. It's a place you belong.
